Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. For Canadian destinations allow 3–7 business days after the order leaves our facility; for U.S. destinations allow 5–10 business days. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been dispatched.
Returns, cancellations and refunds
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for arranging and paying return postage. Returned items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
